Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Mockgnosis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • The refund is available for the first month of subscription only
  • Refund requests must be made before significant usage (less than 50% of features accessed)
  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Mockgnosis account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Request Refund" button
  4. Provide your reason for the refund request
  5. Submit your request

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Annual subscriptions after the first 30 days
  • Accounts with extensive usage (more than 50% feature access)
  • Refunds requested after the subscription renewal

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, and we will not charge you for the next billing cycle.
